Morning: 3 formed to soft

This morning, upon rising from bed, I went to the bathroom and had a large bowel movement that began as formed and ended quite soft. Before drop-off at school, I decided to try to go and has a small soft bowel movement. Later in the morning, I had a sense of urgency and passed another small, soft bowel movement.
