Yesterday: nothing. This morning: large formed to watery

Yestereday, I had no bowel movements! This morning, I got up early with the kids and quickly felt the urge to go to the bathroom. Three flushes later, I passed a huge bowel movement that began as formed, quickly became soft and at the end became loose then watery.
