Yesterday: no bowel movement! This morning: formed to soft twice

Yesterday, I not only didn't have a bowel movement, I didn't have any discomfort whatsoever. This morning, I slept in and when I got up I had a very large bowel movement that began as formed and ended soft. Driving later in the morning, I had another bowel movement that was also formed then soft.
